Orders under $49.00 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $9.99.
New York & New Jersey: Estimated transit time is 1–3 business days after shipment.
All Other Eligible States: Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin after your order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect the actual delivery date.
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays and any exceptions announced on our website.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed beginning on the next available business day.
Please note that order processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Delivered, Missing or Stolen Packages

Before contacting us, please check all possible delivery locations, including your mailbox, front entrance, porch, side or back doors, mailroom, package room, front desk, building management, household members, and neighbors.

Once an order has been shipped to the address provided by the customer with valid tracking information and the carrier confirms the package as delivered, Onlyonestopshop is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, misplaced, removed, stolen, or otherwise cannot be located.
If there is evidence that the carrier delivered the package to an incorrect location or made another delivery error, please contact us promptly. We will provide reasonable assistance with the carrier inquiry when possible.
If you believe your package was stolen after confirmed delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and, where appropriate, your local law-enforcement authorities. Investigations involving suspected theft after confirmed delivery should be handled with the applicable carrier and appropriate authorities.

I received my order within 3 or 4 days of making it, boxes got pretty beat up in shipping but no damage to the product,price wasn't great but having these in stock is convenient versus having to go look for them each time we need them.

We use these containers for our laundry soap business. Breakage was a real problem in our earlier days. Containers would be smashed being delivered to my home. When I would ship, containers wouldn't hold up. Then we discovered YOUR product. I haven't had a single breakage claim from shipping since we switched! Holds up very well at craft shows. Well worth the additional cost over those "other" deli containers.
I use these containers for my homemade laundry soap. They are very durable, the covers are secure and are easy to mix hot soap in. They are also crack resistant.
