Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Onlyonestopshop offers FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $49.00 or more within the contiguous United States, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders under $49.00 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $9.99.

New York & New Jersey: Estimated transit time is 1–3 business days after shipment.

All Other Eligible States: Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin after your order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect the actual delivery date.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays and any exceptions announced on our website.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed beginning on the next available business day.

Please note that order processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking information and make appropriate arrangements to receive and secure their packages.

Tracking information and delivery updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may occasionally take time to update.

Delivered, Missing or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please notify Onlyonestopshop within 24 hours of the carrier's recorded delivery time.

Before contacting us, please check all possible delivery locations, including your mailbox, front entrance, porch, side or back doors, mailroom, package room, front desk, building management, household members, and neighbors.

We also recommend contacting your local carrier office, as the carrier may have access to additional delivery information or information from the delivery driver.

Once an order has been shipped to the address provided by the customer with valid tracking information and the carrier confirms the package as delivered, Onlyonestopshop is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, misplaced, removed, stolen, or otherwise cannot be located.

If there is evidence that the carrier delivered the package to an incorrect location or made another delivery error, please contact us promptly. We will provide reasonable assistance with the carrier inquiry when possible.

If you believe your package was stolen after confirmed delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and, where appropriate, your local law-enforcement authorities. Investigations involving suspected theft after confirmed delivery should be handled with the applicable carrier and appropriate authorities.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please carefully review your street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order.

Onlyonestopshop cannot be held responsible for packages shipped or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, applicable original shipping charges, return-to-sender charges, or other carrier fees may be non-refundable.

Carrier Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are subject to the carrier's operations.

Onlyonestopshop cannot be held responsible for carrier delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation interruptions, high shipping volumes, operational disruptions, holidays, or other carrier-related issues.

Paid or upgraded shipping charges are generally non-refundable when a delivery delay is caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available for certain orders and destinations.

When available, expedited delivery is generally estimated at 1–2 business days after shipment. Availability, pricing, processing time, and delivery estimates depend on the products ordered and the destination.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests when possible. However, specific delivery dates, times, or carrier instructions cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by us.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Any damaged products, shipping damage, or missing items must be reported within 3 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

Please provide clear photographs of the damaged merchandise, product packaging, shipping box, and shipping label when applicable. Supporting photographs or other evidence may be required to review and process your request.

Signature Required

Certain orders, including orders valued at $200.00 or more, may require a signature upon delivery.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States
